We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders.

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping is estimated to take 7–12 business days after your order has been processed.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of PawPerfect's control.

Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Processing and fulfillment times may vary depending on product availability and our fulfillment partners.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided to you by email so you can follow your order.

Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, PawPerfect is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside of our control. If your order appears to be significantly delayed or has not arrived, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. PawPerfect is not responsible for orders delayed or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
